I was born, grew up and have spent most of my life in Lower Bucks County. Living in those suburbs, yet being so close to Philadelphia, has been the best of both worlds and a wonderful place to raise a family and have a career. But after 25 years as a CFO/Controller in small to mid-size closely held companies, it was time for a change – and Oasis was just the right fit. 

I’ve seen, and felt, the pain that families go through trying to find that perfect place for our parents. When my father in law had to go from a hospital bed to a long term care community, my wife had less than three days to research and select a place for him. A few years later we had the same need for my father. We were able to use what we learned from our earlier experience, and were able to find the perfect community that he could call home. 

I now have the opportunity to use my experience, and the Oasis model, to match up individuals with the communities that would be best suited for them, as well as to take some of the stress away from the families that are experiencing a trying and emotional time.

As the Managing Director of the United Capital Langhorne office, Rosemary Caligiuri has been helping clients create, execute, and monitor their personal financial strategies since 1989.

Raised in a large Italian family in New York, Rosemary grew up with a genuine appreciation of Old World values and traditions. After graduating cum laude from Adelphi University of New York, Rosemary began pursuing her passion for caring for patients as a Registered Nurse. Wanting to do even more than care for people physically, Rosemary decided to enter the financial services industry so that she could help people navigate their way through retirement and make informed decisions in order to pursue their financial goals.

A national speaker, educator and former radio show host, Rosemary prides herself in providing independent and ethical financial guidance to clients who are in pre-retirement and retirement. Rosemary’s knowledge has also been sought out for articles written in financial publications such as Barron’s and Forbes magazines.

Rosemary has earned the Chartered Advisor for Senior Living® (CASL™) as well as the Retired Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designations from The American College. These prestigious programs include comprehensive curriculums to advisors striving to meet the unique financial needs of today's clients.

Rosemary is also a member of Ed Slott’s Master Elite IRA Advisor Group - a private IRA study group of professionals with extensive IRA experience. This group is required to go through rigorous educational workshops on a continuous basis.

Rosemary resides in Lambertville, NJ where she and her husband Keith built their home together. Rosemary is an avid reader and loves to entertain. In her free time Rosemary enjoys travelling and boating with family and friends.

Jennifer has been with Floor Coverings International since 2010; she is a Design Associate with expertise in flooring, design and project management. Since 1994, she has worked in the flooring industry helping home owners, business owners, property managers and contractors in the tristate area.

Jennifer has been a member of BNI (Business Network International) Langhorne Chapter since 2010 and has served on the leadership and membership teams. In 2014 Jennifer was certified as a Homatologist.

Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and has been trained by both NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association) and IBD (Institute of Business Designers).Her training has enabled her to help her clients with color and space planning. She has developed an exceptional professional style based on excellent inter-personal communications and the ability to make her clients’ dreams become a relatity.
