SCORE Bucks County's "Practical Steps to Improve Profitability" workshop will discuss strategies to improve profitability, with focus on optimization of business and operations. Simple and practical analyses that are easy to implement will be reviewed, along with examples.
This seminar is ideal for existing businesses that are having profit difficulty, firms that are in survival mode and need improvement, and companies that want to optimize profitability. Early-stage companies should also attend the seminar to put in place analyses and processes that deter profitability issues in later stages of growth.
