Business owners interested in expanding their businesses but unsure of where to start can hear first-hand accounts from entrepreneurs who were once in their shoes.
On Sept. 25 SCORE Bucks County mentors will share over breakfast how they successfully scaled their businesses in the "How to Scale Up a Business" seminar. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Juniper Village, 3200 Bensalem Boulevard in Bensalem.
SCORE Bucks County will use a panel of business owners and managers (Tony Moore, Steve Wolfson, Ken Jenkins, Vicki Brown, and Chris Werz) to outline how they have successfully scaled up their respective businesses, review key issues for accelerating sales growth for a small business, and discuss what changes must be made to a business owners’ mindset to facilitate rapid and significant sales gains.
This seminar will help business owners:
- Understand what type of employees you need to add to your organization.
- Appreciate the need to relinquish full control of activities.
- Incorporate time management into process improvement practices.
- Recognize what systems and processes are needed to optimize operations.
Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $15 and includes breakfast! To learn more or to register, visit https://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/eventReg?oeidk=a07egjk7z310e68d0a9&oseq&c&ch&fbclid=IwAR38N3kGzIOANPNYWQ1qWe5w2l3XVc0-FBfrzVSDzMpqJA2X6YWAHQhqQFQ
