Join America’s First Animal Shelter on Monday, September 17 at Talamore Country Club for our third annual charity golf outing benefiting our homeless cats and dogs.

There are many ways to become involved, including individual and corporate foursomes and sponsorships! All tickets include green fees, golf cart, gift packs, on-course refreshments, entry into the longest drive and closest to pin contests, and cocktail reception.

The outing will feature fun and activities, including:

Beat the Pro Contest: On the day of the outing, take your chances against LPGA Tournament Division Member and Teaching Professional, Amelia Rorer, in our Beat the Pro Contest!

Prizes: Fun prizes will be awarded to winners and runners-up in our Beat the Pro and Putting Contests. There will also be prizes awarded for skills contests, including longest drive and closest to pin for men and women.

Raffle and Auction: Buy your chances and place your bids for the opportunity to win fantastic gift baskets and certificates!

This event will help us raise funds for programs and services offered by the YWCA, so we can continue helping our community members when they need it the most. The YWCA is thrilled to be partnering with the Bryn Mawr Racing Company for this event.

The School Districts of Bucks County are excited to be hosting an Arts Exposition to feature and highlight the depth, breadth, and variety of the arts programs being offered through our Bucks County public schools.  This FREE expo is being held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Bensalem High School located at 4319 Hulmeville Rd., in Bensalem PA 19020.

The Arts in our Bucks County public schools can proudly be defined by focusses that extend far beyond the standards of the ‘fine arts’ such as painting, drawing, and sculpture.   Our public schools additionally offer arts education in areas that include dance, photography, music, literary arts, theatre arts, digital media, and more.  The Arts Expo will celebrate this extensive arts education offering with a dynamic combination of live performances and exhibits including:

The Bucks County Bar Association's Second Annual Holiday "Sip and Shop" will take place on Thursday, November 8th, 2018 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Held at the Bucks County Bar Association building in Doylestown, last year's event was a smashing success with over 40 vendors!

Vendors interested in reserving a display table can register here. The registration deadline is Friday, October 12. This event is sponsored by the Women Lawyers' Division of the Bucks County Bar Association.
