THE MAX Challenge of Feasterville proudly opened their doors (virtually) last Monday with one mission in mind – to help people the live happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives.THE MAX Challenge was designed, specifically, to fill a void left in the fitness industry, combining three key elements that are instrumental in helping members to, not only lose weight and get in shape, but, more importantly, transform their mindset in only 10 weeks. margin-left:0in">The program’s high-energy group fitness classes are designed to serve members of ALL fitness levels; challenging those who are looking to step things up, or modifying for those who are just starting out or may have physical limitations. Either way, members are getting in a fantastic workout and achieving incredible results. Classes, led by certified fitness trainers, are ever-changing. No two classes are ever the same, which keeps things exciting for the member and constantly challenges the body.THE MAX Challenge adapted their classes for a virtual platform so they could carry out their mission to bring the transformation program to Feasterville, PA despite the COVID-19 Pandemic. The center launched their first 10-Week Challenge on June 15th with live, interactive online classes for members and other virtual offerings such as cooking demonstrations, weekly motivational speakers, and mindfulness sessions with a certified life coach. On July 6th, safely distanced, in-person classes that comply with state guidelines will also be offered. When it comes to getting in shape, nutrition is key, and often left out of popular fitness programs. At THE MAX Challenge, a simple nutrition program works in tandem with the fitness program to MAXimize members’ results. The regimen is easy to follow, leveraging regular foods that can be purchased from the local grocery store. It’s all about the right foods in the right portions at the right times, while also giving members a plan that’s effective and sustainable – even in the midst of a pandemic. The last key element to THE MAX Challenge is motivation. Encouragement, support, and accountability are key in ensuring members stick to their health and fitness goals. If a member misses a class, they’re getting a call or a text. THE MAX Challenge is truly committed to the success of their members and makes certain they keep on coming back day after day.

Divya Kapur, owner of THE MAX Challenge of Feasterville, was a member of the franchise’s South Brunswick, NJ location before deciding to open her own transformation center. She began her first 10-Week Challenge after undergoing treatment for a mental health related diagnosis – she’d experience weight gain as a side-effect of the medication she was taking and was looking to improve both her physical and mental health.

Throughout her journey as a member, Kapur developed a newfound love for herself, lost weight, and found a community of support that came at the perfect time. It became her dream to help others in the way she was helped, and so she pursued the business opportunity. She, her husband, Nitin, and their two kids moved from New Jersey to Pennsylvania so they could bring the program to the Feasterville area. They are loving their new community and are excited to help positively impact the lives of their new neighbors through the unique brand of fitness, nutrition, and motivation only available at THE MAX Challenge.
