NOVA's 2023 Holiday Gift Program Gift Card Drive is Underway - This year’s need is the greatest it has ever been!
BUCKS COUNTY, Pa.) NOVA’s annual
Holiday Gift Card Program is back for 2023, and the need is greater than ever
this year. As in previous years, NOVA is
requesting donations of gift cards to help to deliver some holiday
cheer to clients in need who have been affected by crime.
Each
holiday season, NOVA works with donors, staff and volunteers to provide gifts
and gift cards to clients who are in need. Every person/family
selected for the Holiday Gift Program has been personally affected by crime and
has been vetted by NOVA advocates or counselors. The gift cards will enable
clients to make their own special holiday purchases. For some, the gift cards will
be used to purchase a special toy their child is hoping to receive.
“Times are difficult for many of the clients we serve,” said Penny Ettinger, Executive Director at NOVA. “Donations of gift cards will help to ease the financial burdens they are facing and allow them to focus on healing while making their holidays a little brighter.”
The deadline to donate gift cards is Wednesday, November
