PHILADELPHIA, PA (March 1, 2021) —

American Heritage Credit Union (“American Heritage”) has opened its two newest branches, Market East and Fairless Hills, to continue serving their members in the Philadelphia and Bucks County regions. American Heritage’s two newest locations are full-service solution centers for individuals, families, and business in the local community, delivering affordable and premiere banking, borrowing, payment solutions, business services, investments, and realty services via the latest technology, safety, and convenience channels.

The opening of the newly constructed Fairless Hills branch at 501 S. Oxford Valley Road replaces American Heritage’s location within the Fairless Hills Shoprite. This new branch provides greater visibility and accessibility to better serve residents and businesses in the Falls Township, Levittown, and surrounding Lower Bucks County communities. The new branch features the latest in financial technology including multiple drive-through and walk-up Personal Automated Teller (PAT) Machines, which combine the convenience of a self-service ATM with a highly personalized two-way video interaction with live representatives. Other services at Fairless Hills will include a Lucy Change free coin counting machine, instant-issue credit and debit cards, a 24-hour Surcharge-Free ATM, and Drive-Thru transaction access with extended PAT hours.

The new full-service Market East branch is in Center City Philadelphia at 714 Market Street, and is American Heritage’s second branch in Center City, offering members and businesses throughout downtown Philadelphia additional access to American Heritage’s services. The branch is conveniently located within walking distance to Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Station, the Fashion District, the Reading Terminal, Pennsylvania Convention Center, Historic District, City Hall, as well as multiple Federal buildings along Independence Mall. The Market East location includes walk-up Personal Automated Teller (PAT) Machines, a Lucy Change free coin counting machine, instant-issue credit and debit cards, and a 24-hour Surcharge-Free ATM.

Though these new branches will be open for full service, American Heritage will continue to comply with local occupancy and CDC social distancing guidelines that remain in effect and will continue requiring protective face coverings for all members and associates.

To limit contact with members and associates, members are encouraged to continue using online services and remote account access technologies, drive-thru when available, and our new Video Advisor Network Associates (VANA), which allow personalized two-way video interaction to conduct quick transactions and account services without forgoing American Heritage’s signature member service.

“The American Heritage associates and I are excited to extend our services further throughout Center City and Bucks County, as well as to see our members coming through the branch doors once again,” stated Bruce K. Foulke, American Heritage President & CEO. “Our members and associates have remained patient and flexible over the last year, and American Heritage remains committed to our ‘people helping people’ service mentality. By introducing our newest branches, we will continue to help our membership navigate this unprecedented financial landscape as safely as possible while expanding our investment into local communities.”
