Purpose: The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from qualified digital marketing professionals or agencies to provide comprehensive digital marketing services. The goal is to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Background
The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit membership driven organization with the goal of assisting every member organization to be successful.
Scope of Work
The selected digital marketing professional or agency will be responsible for the following:
- Executive Summary:
- Brief overview of your approach to digital marketing.
- Understanding of our company and goals.
- Company Profile:
- Company background and relevant experience.
- Case studies or examples of past work.
- Proposed Services:
- Detailed description of the services you will provide.
- Proposed timeline and milestones.
- Team:
- Information about the team members who will be working on our account.
- Relevant qualifications and experience.
- No more than two team members can be assigned as primary contacts.
- One of the primary contacts must be in person a minimum of once a week for not less than three hours.
Pricing:
- Detailed pricing structure, including any one-time setup fees, monthly retainers, and additional costs.
- Payment terms.
References:
- Contact information for at least three references from similar projects.
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Experience and Expertise:
- Relevant experience and proven history in digital marketing.
- Approach and Strategy:
- Understanding of our needs and proposed approach to achieving our goals.
- Pricing:
- Cost-effectiveness and transparency of the pricing structure.
- References:
- Feedback from previous clients and successful project outcomes.
- Team:
- Qualifications and expertise of the proposed team.
