Chad Akselrad is the relationship manager and financial
advisor at GWH where he is responsible for being the first point of contact for
all clients. He has a philosophy of helping clients safely accumulate and
distribute their wealth while protecting what matters most.
After starting a career in banking in 2006, he became an
Insurance Specialist with New York Life and then to Merrill Lynch Private
Banking and Investment Group. Chad has been an advisor at HSBC and Wells Fargo
for private bank. Although he enjoyed the positions in the corporate world,
Chad observed that the traditional industry model for retirement planning fell
short and was incomplete. He felt a renewed drive and ambition to focus on
financial and tax planning strategies.
Chad has more than 10 years of experience in the financial
services industry. A graduate of Penn State University, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM , Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health
Licenses.
In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family and
friends, going out to eat and bike riding. He resides in Bucks County with
wife, Diane, two daughters, Julia and Natalie and their dog, Chili.
