Chichi is the Executive Director, Principal and Broker of Record of SVN – Ahia Commercial Real Estate, serving the markets of Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia and 8 counties of central New Jersey. Prior to his affiliation with SVN he served as the executive director of regional division of a Nationally branded, full service commercial real estate services firm. He is a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has won numerous sales and performance awards.

He was selected by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top Real Estate Brokers in the Suburban Philadelphia market, ranking in the top 5% in customer satisfaction in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2014 He was recognized as one of America’s Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry.

Chichi currently resides in Bucks County with his wife, Sabrina, their four daughters and identical twin sons. In his “free time” he works on business development and training and mentoring professionals starting businesses. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for a regional financial institution and in an advisory role to a number of business organizations. He is also active in his church and plays several musical instruments at a professional level of proficiency. He and Sabrina love to travel and spend time with family.

Chad Akselrad is the relationship manager and financial advisor at GWH where he is responsible for being the first point of contact for all clients. He has a philosophy of helping clients safely accumulate and distribute their wealth while protecting what matters most.

After starting a career in banking in 2006, he became an Insurance Specialist with New York Life and then to Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group. Chad has been an advisor at HSBC and Wells Fargo for private bank. Although he enjoyed the positions in the corporate world, Chad observed that the traditional industry model for retirement planning fell short and was incomplete. He felt a renewed drive and ambition to focus on financial and tax planning strategies.

Chad has more than 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. A graduate of Penn State University, he holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM , Series 7, Series 66 and Life and Health Licenses.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with family and friends, going out to eat and bike riding. He resides in Bucks County with wife, Diane, two daughters, Julia and Natalie and their dog, Chili.
