Offering an 8 session, online group: Mindful Eating and Stress Management Educational Program to individuals who struggle with weight or in maintaining dietary guidelines for health reasons. Participants will learn simple practices to improve their relationship to food as well as stress management practices. Mindful eating is not a diet.
