After 30+ years with some specialty consulting businesses, I have became a small business owner through my investment in a GYMGUYZ in-home fitness franchise. Our GYMGUYZ team will bring customized in-home personal fitness services to those who want to improve their overall health and enable them to live more active lifestyles.
In my consulting roles, I held practice leadership and general management positions at multiple legal services firms, with responsibilities including P&L management, business development, client relationship management, and oversight of operations and information technology design and development. As part of a major international consulting firm, I helped establish and manage a technology-enabled (SaaS model) business for 10+ years. I provided outsourced services, project management, and other consulting assistance to corporate legal departments, insurance companies, law firms, and government entities, helping clients to effectively manage crises and improve future results.
