NBA/McCaffrey's Newtown Holiday Parade
This parade is a huge event that continues to provide a magical experience for the whole community. Hosted each year by the Newtown Business Association, it is a great opportunity for local business to get involved and for families to line the streets to watch a spectacular event. Last year over 50 groups participated, totaling over 1800 people. Come out and find a comfy spot to watch this amazing event on Sunday, December 2, 2018. The parade promptly kicks off at 2PM from South State Street at the Stocking Works. It then continues north to Washington Avenue and makes a left turn, then turns right onto Sycamore Street. The Parade eventually ends at the corner of Sycamore Street and Durham Road.
