As Boomers – the largest generation in recent history – leave the workforce, it is critical for businesses to understand the cross-section of the generations that remain. Unfortunately, that remaining talent pool is shrinking. The Great Resignation has resulted from the historically high level of employee resignations and retirements over the past year, at all levels and among all generations.
