Williams, Ph.D. President Cairn University Understanding the structure and function of government is an essential part of being a good citizen, which impacts not only politics, but the marketplace. Dr. Todd J. Williams has been president of Cairn University since 2008. He holds a B.S. in Bible from Cairn University, as well as an M.Ed. and Ph.D. from Temple University. He is an experienced educator, leader, and consultant, and he regularly speaks on biblical, cultural, and professional issues. Dr. Williams is also the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the John Jay Institute in Langhorne, PA and a board member of Gospel Volunteers, Inc. He and his wife, Dawn, are avid outdoor enthusiasts and have two adult children, Connor and Caitlin.
