Committee Mission Statement: Functions as are delegated to it by the Board and shall report the results of any such activity to the Board for ratification. Responsible for oversight of the performance management of the Executive Director and all other Human Resources functions relating to the Executive Director, provided however, that such activities do not conflict with the approved budget, in which case, Board approval will be required.
