NOVA,
the leading non-profit organization in Bucks County supporting
victims of crime, held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner at Giuseppe’s Pizza and Family Restaurant in Warminster. More than 70 volunteers, board and staff members attended the dinner.
The
annual event is an opportunity to honor those who help NOVA in its mission to
support victims of crime and end violence. There are over 200 volunteers assisting
staff with tasks including answering the 24/7 Helpline, working at the NOVA
Thrift Shop, helping with special events, serving on the NOVA Board, and
providing administrative and committee support.
Twelve volunteers were honored for reaching milestone
anniversaries of service to NOVA.
