Free Coffee and Tech Questions Answered at “Tech Committee Help Desk: Share Your Pain Points & Questions”

The Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce presents free coffee and the first Coffee & Connections session of 2021: “Tech Committee Help Desk: Share Your Pain Points & Questions,” on January 19, at 10 a.m., via Zoom . register now at LBCCC.org

The Chamber’s Technology Committee, made up of experts from all facets of business-related technology, will answer questions about tech-related problems and business solutions. Areas of focus will be: Why Do I Need Someone to Manage my Website?; Local SEO; Eliminating Credit Card Processing Fees; Implementing and Support for Office 365; Phone Service and Routing to Remote Workplaces; Digital Automation and Prospect Management.

The first 30 participants to sign up will receive a voucher for a free cup of coffee from Covered Bridge Coffee Roasters in Feasterville.

The Committee is led by new chairpersons for the year, Fred Z. Poritsky, owner of FZP Digital, and Jill Laurinaitis, president of Digital HumanKind Media.

“Our goal is to make all the tech-related services in the chamber accessible, well-known and practical to chamber members,” Laurinaitis said. “We plan to do this through these interactive sessions, as well as a new menu of companies and services that we’ll be promoting.”

 “With so many people working remotely and hybrid, it’s important that people know of all the technology services available to them at a local level, which makes for better customer service and networking as well,” Poritsky said. “We want to make it so that answers to people’s questions are easy to find.”
