In January, former business consultant turned fitness

Alesio
is a former litigation and claims consultant who left corporate America to
pursue a new business opportunity that also aligned with his passion for
fitness. His personal fitness journey began five years ago when he began using
a calorie-counting app along with his daughter, who was recovering from a
skiing injury. While steadily losing weight during this period, Alesio also
began making regular workouts and running road races (5K to half marathon) part
of his fitness regimen.
