Payroll updates per state for 2022:
Pennsylvania-PAUC contribution rate notices for 2022 should
arrive no later than Friday December 31st, 2021. 2022 rate for a new business stays at 3.6890%
and new construction employer at 10.2238%.
Minimum experience rate still stays at .012905 and maximum experience
rate at .099333. The threshold wage is
still $10,000 per employee. Employee
contribution rate still stays at 0.06%.
Minimum wage rate still stays at $7.25.
New Jersey-the minimum wage increases as of January 1st,
2022 to $13.00 per hour.
Delaware-the minimum wage increases as of January 1st,
2022 to $10.50 per hour.
