Our friends at the IRS on December 17th issued the 2022 standard mileage rates effective January 1st, 2022.
The business mileage rate increases to 58.5 per cents per mile driven up from 56 cents per mile in 2021.
Medical and moving purposes for qulaified active duty members of the Armed Forces increases to 18 cents per mile driven up 2 cents per mile in 2021.
Driving in service of charitable organizations stays unchanged at 14 cents per mile driven.
