Chichi is the Executive Director, Principal and Broker of Record of SVN – Ahia Commercial Real Estate, serving the markets of Bucks County, Montgomery County, Philadelphia and 8 counties of central New Jersey. Prior to his affiliation with SVN he served as the executive director of regional division of a Nationally branded, full service commercial real estate services firm. He is a consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer and has won numerous sales and performance awards.

He was selected by Philadelphia Magazine as one of the top Real Estate Brokers in the Suburban Philadelphia market, ranking in the top 5% in customer satisfaction in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. In 2014 He was recognized as one of America’s Most Honored Professionals by the American Registry.

Chichi currently resides in Bucks County with his wife, Sabrina, their four daughters and identical twin sons. In his “free time” he works on business development and training and mentoring professionals starting businesses. He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for a regional financial institution and in an advisory role to a number of business organizations. He is also active in his church and plays several musical instruments at a professional level of proficiency. He and Sabrina love to travel and spend time with family.

Individuals guided by Skip Bailey has appeared in Jay-Z videos, the Starz network TV Show POWER, Independent movies, International Fashion shows, commercial ads and more. He has also mentored athletes who now coach, train, and guide other athletes in New Jersey and beyond.

Skip has received awards from the former Mayor of Trenton, New Jersey, The Honorable Douglas H. Palmer, and letters of Legislative Resolutions from New Jersey State Senator Shirley Turner for his community contributions in Mercer County, New Jersey.

Skip is founder and president of SKIP BAILEY COACHING, in which he trains and coaches individuals on how to discover their true potential, and then guides them to take action towards achieving their goals and dreams.

He is former host of BE UNSTOPPABLE LIVE, (Social Media Platform) and host the SKIP BAILEY SHOW on Princeton Community Television and is a regular radio talk show host for In The Public Interest, on WIMG 1300AM Trenton, New Jersey. Skip Bailey is also the former host of SUNDAY MORNING INSPIRATION 920AM radio, Princeton, New Jersey.
