Taking care of others has always
been Samantha Hainer’s mission. A registered nurse, Aging Life Care Professional™ and
mom of three, Hainer puts her compassion into practice as founder of
Doylestown-based Moledro Health Concierge, a
customized care business focused on providing myriad health care and everyday
living services to aging adults and their families.
Drawing from personal experiences navigating the health care
system and a background as a registered nurse, Hainer founded her company to
address significant gaps in health care, offering help for the practical
challenges of aging. Moledro Health Concierge services are crafted to meet
clients where they are mentally, emotionally, and physically.
“We pick up where all other healthcare services leave off. Our aim
is to partner with clients and their families to optimize the services,
healthcare connections and relationships you have,” said Hainer. A
self-described “connector, communicator, and advocate,” Hainer partners with
families to identify problems and offer solutions prioritized based upon the
client’s individual needs. “Whether it's providing a detailed roadmap with
actions, dates, and deadlines, or seamlessly managing the entire process with
you to ease your burden and remove the stress, my commitment is to provide
support that adapts to your situation, ensuring a fluid and responsive approach
to your care.”
In preparing to launch her business in 2022, Hainer - who has
worked for more than a decade in health care in pharmaceutical sales, nursing,
and care management - sought guidance from SCORE Bucks County mentor Ray
Valukonis. He outlined a path forward similar to how Hainer develops a care
plan for her clients.
“Ray has been a steady, consistent, wise voice and support in my
corner,” she said. “You have a very experienced partner in your corner who is
always there for you and always offers you an objective lens.”
SCORE mentors provide no-cost mentoring services throughout the
life of a business.
Together, Valukonis and Hainer are devising a business plan. In
addition, he has offered guidance on developing a cost structure and shared
insight on the mathematics behind how many clients Hainer can effectively
manage.
While Hainer’s business serves the geriatric population in Bucks
and Montgomery counties, it is often the children of aging parents who seek
help. Common services include medication management, companion care, geriatric
assessments, retirement planning, and helping seniors transition to a new
living environment.
“I bring awareness, compassion, and a holistic perspective. I give
you my undivided attention,” she said. “I want you to walk away from every
session feeling heard. I aim to offer clear, practical steps that reduce
stress, bring clarity, and ultimately help move your situation forward.”
When putting a plan in place, Hainer considers the emotional
component, as well as health care needs and home safety.
“The goal is to create a longstanding relationship,” she said. “It’s
geared toward what the client needs in that phase of their life.”
Hainer said she strives to help families determine their goals.
“I do all of the other things that home care just can’t do,” she
said.
