NJM has been protecting our customers for more than 100
years, and we’re committed to being there for them during the COVID-19 outbreak
so they can focus on what matters most: the health and safety of themselves and
their loved ones.
Through the NJM Policyholder Relief Program, NJM auto
insurance customers will receive a 15% refund of the equivalent of 3 months of
annual premium, in recognition of their reduced driving over this period. The
refund will be made in one of two ways. If your last payment to NJM was through
our automatic premium payment plan using your bank account, you will receive a
credit to that bank account. If you paid your premium using any other form of
payment, you will receive a check in the mail.
This will happen automatically for all customers who have an
active policy with us as of 4/1/20.
