Test samples are collected outside of the center by a
trained medical professional. Patients
may remain in their vehicles through the entire process. The staff member collecting samples is
equipped with proper personal protective equipment (PPE), including an N95
mask, gloves, eye protection, and gown.
Test results are promptly communicated to the employee and employer
upon receipt from the outside lab, usually in 2-5 days.
Patient First also offers other turnkey solutions to help
employees return to work safely, such as temperature checks to detect fever and
advanced employee examinations and physicals that may include a COVID-19 test,
as appropriate.
To add COVID-19 Testing to an existing Occupational Health Account, or to set up a new account for COVID-19 testing, contact Maria Chaya, Occupational Health Sales Manager, at 484-577-0734 or maria.chaya@patientfirst.com.
