LANGHORNE, PA (SEPTEMBER 24, 2020) - Cairn University added four new faculty members to the School of Education, the School Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the School of Divinity.
The School of Education saw the addition of the new dean, Dr. Stacey Bose, this summer. She joins Cairn University after extensive time spent teaching at various levels internationally, as well as in administrative roles at Liberty University.
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences welcomes Cayla Belser as an art instructor, teaching courses in foundational drawing and graphic design. Belser earned her MS in Counseling and Art Therapy from Holy Family University. She looks forward to incorporating art therapy and self-awareness through creative expression in college settings.
The School of Liberal Arts and Sciences also hired Dr. Stephen Bell, associate professor of chemistry. Dr. Bell earned his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. He brings his extensive experience in chemical research, business leadership, and education to Cairn.
Lastly, the School of Divinity welcomes Bob LaRocca as he moves from adjunct to part-time faculty. LaRocca has been teaching Intro to Philosophy at the University since 2017. He earned his ThM in Apologetics from Westminster Seminary and an MA in Philosophy from the Catholic University of America.
